A Patient Bill of Rights and Responsibilities
These rights and responsibilities can help you and your family to learn about your treatment and make decisions about your care.
“WE WILL WORK AS A TEAM IN ORDER TO MAKE THE PATIENT OUR FIRST PRIORITY.”
Our mission is to put you as our first priority by caring for you without regard to race, color, sex, national origin, religion, handicap, or disability. We will work with your doctor in providing medical treatment, and assist you with other needs related to your care.
Our mission is very important to us. We accept the responsibilities that go with this mission. At the same time we need your help; patients and caregivers working together to achieve the best results from treatment.
The information on this page is being provided to you so that you will know what you should expect from our surgery center staff, and what they expect of each other. They can assist you and your family in learning about your treatment and help you make decisions about your care.
Idaho law provides for individuals to ensure that their wishes about their healthcare are carried out in the event they become incapacitated and are not able to speak for themselves. You have the right to make informed decisions regarding your care. State law and forms on this issue are provided at: http://www2.state.id.us/ag/living_wills/index.htm
